A Bit about Me
Although initially trained as a registered nurse, I have spent much of my adult life volunteering in the church sector. I was blessed to serve in many leadership capacities such as worship, women’s and children’s ministry, as well as adult education, Growth and Leadership ministry, and Discipleship and Freedom Ministries.
In 1996, after praying for focus in ministry, the Lord led me to Isaiah 61. This has been the guiding post for my life and ministry so that my focus has been to bring the good news of the Gospel to individuals, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty, open prison doors for individuals as God uses me to help restore them to their original design and purpose. I long to see individuals understand and experience intimacy with God, understand their God-given identity, and the inheritance they have received as co-heirs of the Kingdom through redemption in Christ.
My life of volunteering refocused in early 2000, when I sensed a call to full-time ministry. To equip myself more formally, I received my BA from Grand Canyon University’s Christian Leadership program. This program along with participating in Lionshare Leadership’s, A Leaders’s Journey, engendered a deep burden for the health and wellness of Christian leaders. Little did I know then that it would be used by God as a life calling.
Sensing nudges from the Lord, I became an ordained pastor through Messenger Fellowship and later in 2021, I received my master’s and shortly after, a Doctorate at Primus University of Theology in Christian Leadership, counseling, and coaching.
Throughout the years, along with serving in the many leadership roles including staff pastoring within the local church, as well as para-church ministries such as co-founding the local Side-by-Side ministry, I also ventured into the marketplace where I co-founded and managed the Repeat Boutique. Recently I have had the privilege of being on the board and being a professor for the Fully Equipped Bible Institute.
I enjoy speaking nationally, and internationally at women’s retreats, as well as teaching in various capacities.

John, my husband of 46 years, and I reside in Moreland Hills, Ohio and have traveled the world for ministry and pleasure. We have three children, Matthew (Kortney), Christopher (Jacquelyn), and Caitlin (Joshua), and 6 cherished grandchildren, Eliana, Nicholas, Henry, Lucy, Hunter, and Hazel with grandbaby number 7 on the way.
